Mega999 is more than just another online gambling platform. We are here with a clear mission — to deliver a safe, fair, and exciting gaming experience to every player in Malaysia, with full support around the clock.
Mega999 was founded with one simple goal — to create an online gaming space that players in Malaysia can genuinely trust. At a time when online casino platforms were sprouting up everywhere, we understood that trust is not something you can buy with advertising or catchy slogans. It is built gradually through consistency, transparency, and an unwavering commitment to the user experience.
Since launching, mega999 has become the go-to choice for hundreds of thousands of players across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Johor Bahru all the way to Sabah and Sarawak. Our players come from all walks of life, from those trying online casino games for the very first time to seasoned players who know exactly what they want from a great platform.
What sets mega999 apart from other platforms isn't just a long game library or generous bonuses — though we have both. What truly makes us different is how we treat every player like family. Every complaint is taken seriously, every question answered clearly, and every ringgit you win is processed with care and delivered on time.
We believe a great gaming experience doesn't start at the game table — it starts the moment you register, through the deposit process, during your gaming session, and all the way to the moment you successfully withdraw your winnings to your bank account. Every touchpoint along that journey matters to us, and we work every day to make it better.
Every feature is designed with the real needs of local players in mind — not just promises on paper
At mega999, every product decision, every policy change, and every step forward is guided by the core values we've held since day one. These aren't just words on an office wall — they are the real principles that define how we work, how we treat our players, and how we build this platform day by day.
Mega999's mission is simple: to provide an online gaming platform that is genuinely trustworthy, enjoyable to use, and delivers real value to every member. We're not racing to be the biggest platform — we're racing to be the one you trust the most.
Our team consists of seasoned professionals in technology, cybersecurity, customer service, and the gaming industry.
The word "trusted" gets used a lot in this industry — sometimes too freely, and without concrete evidence to back it up. At mega999, we believe trust must be proven, not merely claimed. So let us explain in concrete terms what we do to ensure that you — our players — can genuinely trust this platform.
Player funds are held in a separate account, fully segregated from the company's operational accounts. This means that even in the most unexpected circumstances, your winnings are always safe and recoverable. All financial transactions are logged and can be reviewed by players through their account transaction history.
Our KYC (Know Your Customer) process is designed to be as fast and straightforward as possible without compromising security. Identity verification is typically completed in under 24 hours, and submitted documents are stored with full encryption in accordance with international data protection standards.
All game providers at mega999 are internationally licensed companies whose products have undergone rigorous audits by independent bodies. The RTP (Return to Player) value for every game is available in the game information so you can make more informed decisions. We do not manipulate any game mechanics — what you see is what you get.
Mega999 is more than a platform — it is a community. Every day, we see our members sharing their wins, connecting through in-game chat in multiplayer games, and helping one another as newer players. We are proud to host a healthy, positive, and supportive community.
We are also actively committed to promoting responsible gambling within our community. Awareness programs, support resources, and self-control tools are readily available on the platform — because we know that players who play responsibly are happier and more loyal in the long run.
